I had mid-back pain, crunching knees, neck stiffness and pain from computer use. These problems made me tired, irritable and deterred me from physical activities. I don't know if words can express the positive changes I have experienced as a result of the chiropractic care at Health First. I no longer have the pain and stiffness in my neck-it's awesome! The encouragement I have received from Health First has motivated me to change my inactive lifestyle.
It has been amazing progress. This has been a much needed and effective way to solve my neck, knee and back issues without resorting to drug care management.
